The first phase of the investigation, after the telephone contact, is the most delicate and pertains to the meeting with the customer who exposes specifically the own necessities and the objectives that means to achieve with our inquiries, therefore the operating development is located; then we will be in a position to introduce an expense estimate and submit it to the customer for his acceptance.
After this phase we will collect all the necessary information in an operating card (photos, useful addresses, number plates of motor vehicles, ...), compile the professional mandate and make the customer sign it, then we will agree together with him the varied steps that always should be approved verbally from the same one.
At the end of investigation, if necessary to make to be worth and/or to defend a right in legal proceedings, we will provide for editing an informative report furnished with photographic pamphlet and delivering it to the customer or to his reliable lawyer, besides - on request - the operators could be summoned like witnesses in the dibattimentale phase.
