Under the law (Reg. CEE 3295/94 amended by the Reg. CEE n. 241/99), the trademark owner may apply to customs for suspending clearance of goods suspected of being counterfeited or pirated in every Country member of the European Community.
Type of service:
Legal representation of the company at customs offices.
As we work:
- check on the goods in bonds;
- counterfeiting products: report to the police and seizure of the infringing goods;
- genuine products: sender and/or receiver of the goods determination to institute civil proceedings.
