As we work:
- actual trademark infringement investigation;
- report to the police and products seizure;
- information gathering on the quantity, quality and the origin of the seized goods, as well as on people involved;
- testimony;
- upon company assignement, legal representation of it.
Benefits:
Identifying the fakes promptly and involving law enforcement agents directly there is no risk the counterfeiter attempts to dispose of any evidence of his activities. It is also possible to close down the counterfeiting operation at its source.
During the seizure we act as police assistants, therefore we share with the police confidential informations under judicial secrecy.

The detectives, who supervised the investigations and assisted the police in the raid and seizure, are called as witnesses for the defence during the criminal proceedings. Therefore, they can object to any false statement of the defendant.
